What counts toward the limit
What exactly counts toward the plan limit?
Shipments you create — that is, the waybills the app issues with Nova Post. Orders with no shipment created don’t use up the limit.
What doesn’t count toward the limit?
Delivery tracking — it is unlimited on every plan. Nova Post Fulfillment shipments within Ukraine aren’t capped either.
What happens if I go over the limit?
